These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Engrave Visions LLC website and purchases of products and services. By using the site, submitting an order, approving a design, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders and Proofs

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, spelling, wording, photographs, artwork, sizes, addresses, design instructions, and other personalization. When a proof is provided, approval confirms acceptance of the design and content. Changes after production begins may result in additional charges or require a replacement purchase.

Customer-Submitted Content

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other content, you represent that you own it or have permission to reproduce it for the project. You grant Engrave Visions LLC limited permission to use it as reasonably necessary to design, proof, produce, communicate, fulfill, and maintain reasonable business records.

Product Appearance

Finished products may vary slightly from screens, proofs, or samples due to monitor differences, lighting, equipment, materials, and normal production variation. Natural materials such as wood and slate may vary in color, grain, texture, pattern, thickness, or surface appearance.

Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change. Payment may be required in full before custom production begins. Large or specialty orders may require a deposit. Applicable sales tax may be collected when required.

Production, Shipping, Returns

Production dates are estimates unless guaranteed in writing. Shipping time is separate. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information. Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

Engrave Visions LLC-owned website content, original graphics, templates, product photography, logo, and original designs may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Customer-owned photos and other customer-supplied intellectual property remain subject to the customer’s ownership rights.

Limitation and Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engrave Visions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. These terms are governed by applicable Minnesota law, subject to any non-waivable federal or other consumer protections.
