Delivery & Timeframe

Production times vary by product, quantity, personalization, design requirements, material availability, and current order volume.

Typical Production Times

• Standard personalized orders: approximately 3-7 business days.
• Memorial canvas and photo products: approximately 3-7 business days after final design approval.
• Large or complex custom orders: approximately 7-14 business days or longer.

Proof Approval

When a project requires a proof, the production timeframe generally begins after final proof approval, not when the original order is submitted.

Shipping Time Is Separate

Typical carrier transit may be approximately 2-7 business days after production. Production and shipping estimates are separate.

Delivery Estimates

Dates are estimates unless Engrave Visions LLC specifically agrees to a guaranteed completion date in writing. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control can affect delivery.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for certain products, subject to approval, production capacity, material availability, and an additional rush fee.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact us promptly. Retain the product, box, packaging materials, and shipping label. Photographs may be required for a carrier claim or replacement.
